So my self care journey is starting from 6 AM in the morning and it’s already past 1 AM. Getting up early is my 1st step towards achieving my goal. I will start from 6 and then gradually try to wake up at 5 AM

Whenever you commit to do something, you need to fight odd first. E.G I planned to sleep at time so that can wake up at time but because of some circumstances I was not able to. I think these all odd happens to judge your commitment level. Do not blame situation or person or feel bad. This will not change the situation, it will make it worse

Stay focused!! Start!!! Succeed!!!! Conquer!!!!!
